A woman in her 20s has died following a serious crash on a major Lincolnshire road. Two vehicles were involved in the incident which took place just before 4pm on Monday, November 6.
The crash involved a grey Dacia Sandero which was travelling on the A52 towards Boston, and a silver Ford Kuga, which was being driven from Boston towards Skegness. The driver of the Dacia, a woman in her 20s, died at the scene and her family have been informed.
A passenger from the vehicle was taken to hospital with injuries believed to be serious. The driver and only occupant of the Ford Kuga was also injured and was taken to hospital.
A spokesperson for Lincolnshire Police said: “The investigation is being completed by officers in the Serious Collision Investigation Unit, and they are appealing for any information that will assist with their investigation. They would like anyone who saw either car as it travelled on the A52 towards Croft Bank; anyone who may have caught either vehicle on their dashcam or anyone else who may have information that will assist their inquiries to contact them.
