Everything you need to know about Lincoln Santa Fun Run 2023

Uphill Lincoln will soon be full of a sea of red as the annual Santa Fun Run will return to the city for 2023. The event is set to take place on Sunday, December 17 and ticket sales are open.

Starting at Castle Square, the run, which is for all ages and abilities, is located around uphill Lincoln and includes two laps equivalent to 4k or one lap which is 2k. Santa suits which can be purchased as part of the ticket as well as runner numbers will be available for collection or postage from the start of November.

Every runner finishing will receive a finishers medal on the day as well as a personalised, digital certificate of participation. Under five’s can’t be supplied with a Santa suit but toddler Santa hats are available as well as a runner number, finishers medal, and personal certificate of participation.

The event is organised by the Rotary Club of Lincoln Colonia and you can purchase tickets at www.lincolnsantafunrun.co.uk where you will then receive a confirmation email. The Rotary Club is also hosting the Lincoln Sausage Festival which will be held on Saturday, October 14, 2023.

Costs of Lincoln Santa Fun Run 2023:

  • Adult entry two laps – runners number, Santa suit (hat, jacket, belt, trousers), finishers medal, personalised, digital certificate of participation, eligible trophy winner – £18
  • Adult entry one lap – £15
  • Child and youth entry, two laps – £16
  • Child and youth entry, one lap – £13
  • Doggy dash entry – entry for one dog, no outfit available but owners are encouraged to dress their dogs festively – £2
