A man has been jailed after carrying out a campaign of sexual offences for more than 25 years. Graham Partridge, of Langrick Road in New York near Boston, was convicted of 10 different charges when he appeared in Lincoln Crown Court on May 30.
They include one rape, five indecent assaults, one serious sexual offence, two charges of engaging in a sexual act with a child and one offence of causing or inciting a child to engage in a sexual act. A spokesperson for Lincolnshire Police said the offences took place from when Partridge was in his mid-30s until the age of 60.
The 66-year-old was told he would spend 12 years behind bars on Friday, September 8 and will serve a further four years on licence when he is released. DC Dave Ziller, East PVP (protecting vulnerable people), said it was a positive result after a ‘lengthy investigation’.
He added: “Great credit needs to be given to all of the victims involved in this in showing the courage, bravery and patience shown and also to the witness and supporting agencies.”
Partridge had committed the offences against five different women and girls, and some dated back to the 1990s.
