A19 | North Yorkshire | Road Closure | Long Delays

The A19 is closed northbound between the A689 and A179 (near Hartlepool) for emergency resurfacing work following a collision earlier today involving two lorries, one of which was a tanker. The tanker spilt several thousand litres of diesel on to the road and therefore the road needs to be resurfaced.
